I chose this restaurant because it was across from the theater and had vegan items on the menu. There was no notice that they would be serving a "theater menu" that night due to the show across the street. It's understandable but that removed the vegan items. The kitchen was able to throw some veggies on a salad and did have a vinaigrette dressing that was acceptable. The blackened mahi was really good and the fries and burger were fine too. One of the beers seemed flat but did not taste bad. It took a while to get our drinks but dinner came pretty quickly. We were seated right away with 6:00 reservations, and were out before 7:00. Overall good experience.

Made a reservation ... Was seated in the back ... which was ok Waited for twenty minutes for a server to take our order - which I felt was simple: 2 glasses of wine after waiting for twenty minutes ... got up and left. Did speak to the mgr and he apologized and said "please come back ... and when you do so ... ask for Jacob"! Later that evening ... returned to give them another opportunity The area was crowded ... BUT only a single person was working the bar! I again waited twenty minutes to be served 2 glasses of wine ... which cost over $40! Felt the entire experience was HORRIBLE! Overpriced and understaffed! I have been coming to Juliet's for several years prior to performances at the Times Union Center and the service and food offering has been going "down hill" but this was the worst! I question whether I should ever go back!

Dining here before the Bonnie raitt concert. Reservations at 6. A little slow to be seated and seemed a little disorganized for seating when a crush of walk ins arrived. … but once seated, servers were doing a good job of handling the rush crowd. Food was good. We enjoyed our meal. And boy is it nice to just walk across the street to the concert. I would come here again.

We have stayed at Marriott several times and have enjoyed having a few drinks and tapas at the bar. This time we were in a hurry and a little reluctant as some reviews complained about the service. We were treated immediately and seated where we ordered our wine. We had a salad, the mahi and a desert with coffee. All in plenty of time to make the show. Food was great, our waitress was very, very attentive and all of staff was very friendly. Nice and quite

Food was just ok. Service extremely slow and the restaurant was less than 1/3 occupied. We will not be going back.

I actually dislike giving a restaurant a bad review two times in a row. We occasionally attend events at the Times Union Performing Arts Center. We usually arrive early to enjoy a light dinner before the Performance. On the last two occasions Juliette’s had been totally unprepared with not enough service staff to provide decent service. Arriving on time for our reservation we waited almost 10 minutes before we could flag down someone to seat us. During our meal we watch people waiting and leave because no one would seat them in a half empty restaurant. More wait for ordering. Food was good. Waiting for check had to flag down someone. Actually saw someone waiting to get a check get up and leave. The management of Juliette’s is terrible. We will look elsewhere for dinner before events in the future.

Was pleasantly surprised to get dinner reservation on symphony night. Tx much! Wish there were 4-6 more entree choices. Settled for salmon which was superb and exquisitely presented. But wanted shrimp & grits as shown in online menu; server said that is out of date. Get with it folk; it's 2024-the digital era; the fix is 30 min effort to bring it current and provide better customer service.

At 7:00 pm we had not received our appetizers ordered at 6:15. They kept telling us that the food would be there soon but we watched everyone around us order, receive food, and leave. We have been there often to have convenient food before a show. They knew us and knew our routine, including paying for the check immediately to not delay leaving for the show. We might have to go to a less convenient restaurant in the future.
