   Terrible experience at Justine. Do not be fooled by the restaurant’s branding as a Chef Justin Devillier and James Beard winner. We were a table of 3 and waited over an hour for our food with no explanation. When it finally came, two of the dishes were cold — the fried chicken sandwich had a bun that tasted like it came straight from the refrigerator, the fries were old and cold, and the shrimp and grits were the same. The burger came out 10 minutes after the other two plates and was flavorless. We sent two dishes back, and they did replace them fairly quickly - which suggests they replaced the dishes with someone else’s order, had extra, or reheated them. Our server was nonchalant about everything and did not offer an explanation or apology. Do not waste your time or money here.

   Our team always loves coming to Justine! Some of the best food in the French quarter, the kindest staff, and a wonderful Wednesday wine deal! We will be back again and again. Shrimp and grits are some of the best in the city, fish & steak was succulent and delish!

   Dined at bar. enjoyed the bartender. The food was good and it’s a pretty place! My 3rd time over several years and I will return .

   Our waitress was INCREDIBLE. she made the whole experience for my birthday dinner amazing. The food was also so good!

   Great experience, however, one member in our group waited a little while for their meal. That being said, the ambience was wonderful and I would certainly return again.

   We waited more than 1 hour for our party of 5 to be served (and 15 minutes for the initial drinks). The service was incredibly slow, despite the restaurant being only 1/3 full, if that... after 70 minutes, they brought us two plates of over-cooked and over-salted french fries (presumably as a consolation). A party of 8 or so came and went. As did a bunch of 2-tops (I was in the service business as a waiter and bartender for more than 15 years, and am generally easy-going and understanding.) The food was mostly terrible - inedible due to all the salt. The Shrimp & Grits and French Toast bites were delicious, but the 2 burgers and 2 BLTs we waited more than an hour for were vastly overcooked (and, again, very, very salty). Same for all of the french fries on the table. They served what they called beignets, but presented and tasted like cardboard. Literally. When asked in passing by our server (we rarely saw her - they didn't even sell us drinks while we waited!) how the food was, we said "terrible" and she said "I am not surprised." Literally. At this point, any manager (if there even was one on duty), the Expediter, and our waitress all disappeared. I could see them in the service corridor near the kitchen, clearly hiding! We finally got our bill, and I politely complained again to the server that the wait was excruciating and the food was terrible. "Is there anything that you can do for us? The kitchen really hung us all out to dry," the restaurant's unseen management Comped the two appetizers. We're grateful for that. And, the French Toast bites really were terrific. But there's more: of course, they kept their word and placed a 20% gratuity on our check, and then - the next day - reported me as a No-Show to OpenTable! Not once did we hear "I'm sorry" or anything of the sort. What a terrible, terrible experience for me and my 4 guests on our annual reunion "fancy" meal. Go to Sylvain instead - the food is fabulous and the service is stellar!

    The wait staff was a little on the slower side coming from New York, but they were very nice and attentive while at the table. The food and drinks were all amazing. Very cute Instagram vibe inside. Would highly recommend for a girls night out, bachelorette party, Anything.
