Durante il nostro viaggio di nozze ci siamo imbattuti in JW Steakhouse. Location molto tranquilla, cibo e vino ottimi (carne spettacolare, si scioglieva in bocca), servizio impeccabile e ancora i nostri complimenti a Dani, lo chef, e Grace, la cameriera! Ps. Non avevamo detto durante la prenotazione che si trattava di un viaggio di nozze, ma appena saputo, lo staff ci ha offerto un calice di rosè e un dolce per festeggiare, carinissimi!

Extraordinary service by Elvis! Knew his menu , charming and attentive Food: for the most part esp given the pricy entrees the food was subpar at best. Salads were too vinegary with too much dressing. All our entrees were cold and the steak was incredibly tough. Without a proper steak knife - it was a chore to eat

we were a party of four. Two of us are vegan and thoroughly enjoyed the vegan menu options. They exceeded our expectations. Our server grace was accommodating friendly, and you can see clearly that she loves working there. We had a great time. Would definitely return.

Wildly expensive. Took forever to get seated even with a reservation. Server was good but never returned to refill glasses. The salad was horrible. Bulk of salad was made with yellow to white romaine, there was nothing mixed greens about this salad. The sea bass was a very thin fillet which was cooked with the skin on. The presentation was not appealing. My husband didn’t recognize it as sea bass. All sea bass that we’ve had were thick steaks and skinless. The filet mignon was good but not worth the $72.00 price tags and the baked potato was a la carte and tasted like it had been rebaked a couple of times. We were VERY disappointed as it was a birthday celebration. We had eaten in the same restaurant, same time of year in 2022 and were very pleased with the food. We were looking forward to this dinner, but frankly will not chose to eat there again. We walked out paying $294.00 for a meal I could have cooked better at home.

Really wonderful grilling of steaks— this surprise of a steakhouse lives up to its reputation. Have lived in SoCal for decades and never expected a good restaurant in the LAX locale. The a la carte pricing felt a bit steep, stunned when the bread involved a charge. The service brought joy to a special occasion birthday for our group. The food that was exceptionally delicious were the grilled meats that were so yummy, but the highly touted crab cake and onion soup were not stellar.

Prenomenal service, welcomed and wished a Happy Anniversary before we were even seated. Staff is warm and friendly, steaks are superb, pretzel bread is to die for, and the Chef has been there 25+ years, and personally thanked us on our way out. Would return to the Marriott LAX Airport just to dine here again!

Aloha! So the steak was too salty and to get my bill took way too long. I hounded the waiter and waitress for about 10 minutes. My recent visit was definitely not worth the money I spent. The Wow experience is missing at this establishment.
