I wanted to like this place, but the service was subpar. Upon arrival they said they couldn’t accommodate one extra person despite the restaurant being half empty - and remaining that way - during our dining experience. Then our tacos came out and were cold.

I expected higher quality. When I got there there were chips on the floor under my table, the pages of my menu were stuck together, the portions were small, and the food was just okay. However, my service was excellent and I loved my waiter. Not worth the price.

They were clearly understaffed the night we dined. They had one bartender for the entire restaurant and both the drinks and appetizer took far too long. Our drinks arrived moments before our dinner. The quality of the food was great and our server seemed to be trying to keep up. For a restaurant in a prime spot on a Saturday night, they should have had a minimum of three bartenders and a hostess.

I had a date night on Friday 11/1/2024. I wish that I could recall the name of the Bartender / Server who assisted us ("Lance", perhaps) but he was absolutely wonderful and made the evening very memorable. I asked his recommendation for margaritas, he provided three diverse options immediately with gusto. I ended up ordering all three by the end of our meal. The food was good but not amazing. I ordered the Birria Tacos and, while tasty, Denver has some really good Birria taco options so I'm a bit of a snub. The service was prompt and attentive to our needs. The music was light and not distracting; the decor is colorful and inviting. Would consider returning again. "Lance" is the reason I'm writing this review.

The Margarita and guacamole were both great! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Super location. Everything else, meh. Ordered: tacos, enchiladas, chips/guacamole, margaritas

Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We’ve been going here for years and I feel like the quality has gotten better as time has gone on.

We really enjoyed our appetizers (elote, guacamole, roasted cauliflower). The guacamole was so fresh and yummy. We ordered a variety of tacos since it was our first time here. The chicken was good, carnitas were oily for us, brisket was good, carne asada we didn’t care for the sauce. We also ordered the veggie relleno. The filling was delicious but we weren’t expecting a crispy crust that also was different than other crispy rellenos I’ve had. Service seemed pretty slow for a Thursday night and it looked like our waiter may have been working the entire restaurant and patio on his own. We left him a good tip because he was very friendly and made recommendations and I don’t think it was his fault that he couldn’t serve everyone. We would return for the appetizers and try the enchiladas.

Many changes to menu. Limitations on weekend day menu - brunch. Not as high on my list any more when I come into town. Service was great though! I always appreciate that.

Absolutely great food and great service. Since it is right next to Coors field, if the Rockies are playing in town, parking may be a challenge.
