   Our family of four dined in on Mother's Day 2025. It was extremely busy with a full house of diners, however our drinks and meals came quickly. The staff are friendly and an extremely well organised team that work well together.

   This was our first experience with Teppanyaki and from what we knew you sit around the grill and watched the chefs cook and they perform as they cook. But on our arrival we were taken to a little table down the back of the restaurant where it was dark and drafty. When I asked our waitress why we were not sitting around the grill she said that it was only for walk-ins. This was very disappointing as we expected by booking we would book a seat to sit around the grill.

   We absolutely love this place! We come here often for special occasions, and every single time the customer service is outstanding. The staff always goes above and beyond to make the experience fun and memorable. It truly feels special every time we visit. We can’t wait to come back again—we know we’ll never be disappointed!

   I am gluten free not a lot of sauce options would of been nice to have a dressing on the salad and gluten free dipping sauce other than soya sauce other wise was nice

   Excellent customer service. The chef at Grilled Bar personally interacts with customers, which adds a special touch. The food is delicious, with both quality and quantity met expectations. Very satisfying overall.

    It was our special anniversary. We were put at the front by the grill which is where we wanted to be. However, we were crammed in between people and we couldn't move so we asked to go to a table, took a long time for us to put our orders in and get served and the fact that everyone was singing other people's happy birthdays and our special anniversary didn't even get a mention. Very disappointed. I had been there 2 weeks prior with my girlfriend for her birthday and had a lovely time but this time we just felt like we had been forgotten. The meals weren't the best with the meat being chewy.
