    Omakase means “to entrust” in Japanese. At Kanji Japanese, we specialize in the art of Omakase ; Kanji Oklahomakase offers a truly unique dining experience, where you can entrust the chef to create a 20 courses menu of the freshest nigiri and sashimi. The menu changes depending on the season and availability. Our Omakase course will last 1 hour and 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, no rice, cooked, seafood or shellfish allergy diets. Please ask our server for more details. Our Omakase course is available every Tuesday at Kanji, please note that as our Omakase course is served directly over the bar. Therefore, you must have reserved bar-space seating. If the seating option is unavailable when booking online, please try other time slots or call the restaurant directly. For all parties, there is 20% Gratuity added to booking or bills. We have a 10 minutes grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time. We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date. Your table will be reserved for 120 minutes. Make it a night to remember!Celebrate your party with us! For party of 7 or more, please message or call (405) 493 9471. Cancellations mush be made at least one week (7 days) prior to reservation date. Please note failure to cancel or make any changes after your cancellation window forfeits your deposit.

Ambiance was on point, sleek and contemporary. The maki and fried eggplant fries were fabulous. I had the tiger prawn which was unbelievable!

                                                                                                                                  The service was extremely warm and friendly. They're the only restaurant that's doing an omakase experience in Oklahoma as far as I know, and the ingredients they use is high quality. The nigiri is buttery and smooth. If you're not keen on eating raw fish, Kanji will change your mind. The salmon and tuna we ordered was so fresh, I could taste the sweetness which was a blissful experience. The Otoro is a must and worth a try. It is like the wagyu of tuna because it is the fattiest part of the tuna with beautiful marbling. The rice was cooked to perfection. They did not miss any detail in curating each plate. I wanted to try their Chawanmushi but unfortunately I have to order it the next time they have it. They didn't have it since they use a special egg with a rich, orange yolk that's imported from Japan. But the chef gave us a smaller portion of their lychee creme brulee that has a hint of uni since it's made with the special egg! I almost cried because of how beautiful the flavors and texture was. Definitely will be coming back (:

Small restaurant which is less noisy. The layout was great and I enjoy small restaurants. The ambiance was great, good food and reasonable prices as well. Great drink menu
