                                                                          My only complaint is the time limit we were given for a party of 2. I like to chill ordering drinks and appetizers then order my meal! 90 minutes made me rush though my experience!

                                                                          Server was terrible didn’t attend to us. Left for long periods and didn’t give any updates on the food and drinks taking forever. Another server had to come talk to us. Food wasn’t bad but definitely not what I expected

                                                                          Our waitress was very kind, but the cheese on our order of nachos came out really cold and we asked for it to be fixed. Our waitress came back out and told us that the chef said he just made it and if he remade it’d we’d have to pay for both of them. She said she would send him out to speak with us personally. He took over 15 minutes to come out while we could clearly see him in the kitchen. He tried to act like he wanted to fix it, but he wasn’t accommodating in any way. We decided to just pay for our drinks and leave. The restaurant was clean and the ambience was nice. We won’t be back due to the unprofessional service.

                                                                          We waited for 40 minutes at our table after checking in. After flagging down 3 people, our server finally came over and said she would bring waters. Another 20 minutes went by with no service so we just decided to leave. Very poor experience after being excited to try this place.

                                                                          The event Friday night was very lively and the DJ was great. We enjoyed ourselves on the rooftop and the servers were awesome. I also felt very safe with all the security measures taken inside and outside the restaurant.

                                                                          This is the second time I have tried this establishment. The first time was opening night in June and it was not a great experience. We figured since it had been four months since our last visit service would have been better. Service was not better. We were at the table for almost ten minutes before being acknowledged and they were not busy, my drink that should of been frozen was watery, my husband drink was $19 and a good amount of it was a huge ice cub, and to top it off they were out of chicken strips. Overall the establishment presentation is nice but the service is not great. I will not be back again.
