Very good overall. One suggestion: We went for the special high tea including a big pot of japanese style Sangria (include some sake, rum, etc.), ice cold, which is very nice. However, as it's called hi tea, it may be better if it's a hot drink such as something with hot sake..., especially during winter. Or choice of hot or cold.

Exceptional experience. Shout out to Madison (Maddie). She is friendly and attentive. It was our first time at Kasa Moto, and Madison gave us an exceptional experience. We had the Weekend Best brunch. It is definitely the best! We have dined at numerous Japanese restaurants across Canada, from Vancouver to Toronto. We do not think any of them can measure up to the high standard set by Kasa Moto. All the dishes were well prepared and presented. The star was the shrimp tempura! There were a lot of close seconds. The yuzu slaw, chicken Karaage with waffles, oyster mushroom bao. We tried all the items on the menu. Make sure to save some room for the desserts. Madison helped us pair the included beverages with the food. We had a gastronomic delight. We have already made reservation to return to celebrate my husband's birthday. Can hardly wait.

Kasa Moto is a fantastic spot for a special occasion, and it made my girlfriend's birthday celebration truly memorable. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance struck the perfect balance between modern chic and relaxed sophistication. The vibe was cool but not overly pretentious, with sleek decor and a lively energy in the air. The standout dish of the night was definitely the black cod—rich, buttery, and perfectly cooked. Paired with their fried rice, which had the ideal balance of texture and flavour. Both dishes were expertly executed! Our experience was made even better by the wonderful service. Kiya, our hostess, was absolutely delightful—warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. She really added a personal touch to our evening, which is something we truly appreciated. Overall, Kasa Moto offers a great dining experience, with top-notch food, a cool vibe, and great service. Highly recommend it for a special night out or any occasion worth celebrating!

We went for the Japanese High Tea and it was delicious. Every morsel was excellent and the sake sangria was tasty. I would go again. However unlike “traditional” high tea, it wasn’t as filling as I had expected. I was surprised when I asked if we could order more of one of the items on the high tea menu and was told no. We could order other food in the menu but not duplicate items from the high tea.

Excellent food and service, large portions represent fantastic value. Unique layout offering a private feel. Will definitely be back when next in town.

Food was okay, not bad for $50pp. The service could definitely be a lot better - or be present at all, I brought my family here who travelled all the way from Stoney Creek and it’s embarrassing to say the least. We had to waive someone every time when we needed our server. Our martini flight got spilled when it was brought to the table but was left as is. For a table sitting right infront of the kitchen where there was so much staff coming around - it was ridiculous with what the service was. I was suppose to bring my best friend here for Brunch for her birthday and ended up cancelling due to the experience I had last night.

Solid dining experience. Ordered nosu tofu and mushroom udon which were great The flamed salmon sushi and miso tofu were average at best Service was good as expected
