   We sat outside which was much quieter and relaxing than inside. Reservations highly recommended as it was busy early on a Sunday afternoon. Service was fantastic but food was just ok. Big portions but it wasn’t amazing food. Favorite item was the shrimp frogs! Management came over right away when we had issue with wrong item brought out twice and intent on making it right which was really nice.

   Outstanding service from out waiter and support staff. We were somewhat disappointed with the gumbo and stuffed crab.

   This time was not as good as others. Enjoy eating at Katie’s but the food was cold and waitress was distracted.

   Jacob was an excellent server. Portions were large and food was fresh and better than expected. Desserts were disappointing but didn’t dull our experience.

   Very attentive wait staff. Chef even came out to reassure our one friend with seafood allergy would be taken care of and her needs would be accommodated. Above and beyond service!

   Our experience was absolutely wonderful. I took my parents here to celebrate their 24th wedding anniversary. We were quickly seated. Our server Dee was spectacular. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations and everything was as she said. She was very sweet and attentive. Service was fast. The food was sooooo good. We had the snapper wings and shrimp queso to start. Fish and shrimp platter was great, shrimp fettuccine great, my dad had a sizzling platter that was amazing! 10/10 recommend. The only downside was the parking. I didn’t look it up before hand. I ended up paying $17 to park in a lot that was only one way in when I think I didn’t need to pay because I could have parked elsewhere.
