Sit down for more than five minutes no one came asked us do you want anything to drink and we ordered the food through the iPad, Our is here and still no one came to ask us for any drinks. Second issue I had is our waiter spilled the soy sauce to all over the table and my dress.

The restaurant turns three seatings in one evening. The dining experience is rushed and has the feel of eating at a food court. One hour into our meal our server told us that it is the last call to order any food. Not enjoyable. We won’t be coming back

Everything is nice but the food. The environment is good and services are professional. But the food, especially the sashimi is not as expected. Midori as a famous brand from Japan didn’t bring the customers in Hawaii high quality food at all. There are many Japanese restaurants in Honolulu that are not expensive but providing better fresher food.

Best overall value and Edomae/Tokyo-style sushi in the Pacific!! The assorted sashimi plate for two under $40 is a steal!! My fav Nippon brew, Asahi Super Dry, on tap…….plus a healthy variety of sakes and shochus for those that prefer moonshine!! Easy ordering using the table tablet. Super friendly service by the floor staff and the most skilled and experienced Japanese chefs working hard behind the bar. What more can you ask for??

Absolutely loved the trio of yellowtail. The server recommended the seared engawa with salt, worth it! The Scallops carpacio was so smooth and the Rock cod amazing. All nigiri but the sashimi would have been great too. Reservations recommended

Was pleased to have been able to get a reservation. The food and presentation was great. I was pleasantly surprised with the portions, which provides much value for the money. Once we ordered via the tablet, the food came out relatively quickly. Staff was always around to remove excess plates. I love uni and Toru - which was really fresh! I give them 5 stars!

It's always a great experience here, always have gone for dinner, our first time for lunch. We liked the different "sets", one that included sushi, tempura, poke & a bowl udon for additional $5. Our waiter, Justin was very good & entertaining.
