The night was going along well until the GM Stephen decided we had spent enough time at the restaurant and that they needed our table for the next group. I find it interesting that a dinner that was “paced” by our server Maria suddenly turned into “we need your table and it’s time for you to leave”. If you expect us to leave by a certain time maybe you should establish a time frame for patrons ahead of time. We literally had just paid our bill when the news came that it was time for us to go. I guess spending a few hundred dollars really doesn’t matter to this restaurant. I will certainly consider other steakhouses in the future and Keeler’s won’t one on my list.

We've not been to Keeler's in a while. Not sure why; it just fell off our radar. But this meal convinced us we need to get back there more often. It was wonderful in every way. Thanks to management for such a fine establishment offering good food, great servers and service at fair prices.

Food was excellent. Service at times was slow but the food was sooooo good it worth it. We would definitely go back to Keelers. We had filet minon and short ribs. Everyone enjoyed their meal! Very enjoyable evening!

Filet wasn’t cooked to the temp I asked for. GM came by table to address it and shared he understood my pain and that he has yet to get his steak cooked rare too. The scalloped potatoes were more like masked potatoes with melted cheese on top. Had to track down our drinks from the bar. Left feeling like our concerns with our dinner fell on deaf ears. Was presented with the check and there were no adjustments made.

Our steaks were so dry and tough and the assistant to the waiter was trying to rush our table out to turn it was very uncomfortable.

Great service, however, we were being rushed to leave, and we had only been there for less than an hour which was annoying. They asked us if we wanted boxes for our food while we were still eating.

My filet was perfect for my taste at medium well. Was there for my wife’s bday and she was very happy with the food and service. I’m happy that she’s happy.
