Food was great but was a little disappointed as I would have loved a second margarita but the waitress didn’t actually return to see if we needed anything after we got our meals and never saw her again until we got our bill. We weren’t asked about desert either. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy. Everything else was good.

Kelsey's is a good choice for a Neighborhood Eatery. i would highly recommend the Chicken Quesadillas for an appetizer. The service was very good. If I visit Toronto again, I will definitely return.

My first time trying Kelsey’s and I was happy with my experience. I went with my cousin and we had a cheese spinach dip which was good but I have had better. Then, I got the wings(original) and they were pretty good and decent sized for the price and my cousin got the quesadilla which she said was okay. Overall, I’m happy with my experience since the food was affordable and tasty. The service was pretty fast as well which was good.

Service was very slow and when asked for stuff, waitress never brought to table. Had to wait a long time to get her attention. Was not very friendly.

Being a busy Thursday night, I guess it was cause for the server to not bring the right drink and just bring water - when advised, Server unapologetically rebuttaled with ''Oh, I didn't hear that!'', and the drink brought after two tables were served. Also, an entrée was taken down but not brought/applied to order so we just did without it. Probably best to go during lunch since dinner time is too much for the Servers to handle.
