Unfortunately our experience at this Kelsey’s wasn’t great. Our server was quite nice but took our order down wrong, even after she confirmed what we ordered. We were there for a fairly early dinner and we waited quite a while for our food only for the order to be wrong. The management did come over to apologize and assured us that the food would be out soon. It did take a while for the food to come out again. The food was good but we were annoyed by the wait. They did comp a small dessert for the child in our party to make up for the mix up (2 dollar value). Overall, I probably wouldn’t go back to this location based on this experience.È utile?

Overall good place. Was a little disappointed because it was Valentines Day. There was a bottle of wine deal that night. My Fiancé had wine but we were not offered the deal…before a glass was poured. Food was good our service was good….I just think the over sight happened due to the fact the server was also the bartender that evening.È utile?
