   This was a big disappointment ! Our food came out overcooked, poor presentation . Sent both entrees back then ordered something else and they got that wrong.Restaurant took all off the bill except for the last entree. All four of us agreed that we will not be returning !!!

   Mo was a great waiter. Food was exceptional. Brussels sprouts and chicken lettuce wraps. Beautiful restaurant. Such a switch from when it was The Vue.

   General Manager Nick is fantastic and runs a beautiful, well appointed and staffed restaurant. Wonderful setting and the food-OUTSTANDING! Special recognition to assistant Server, Julian. An extraordinary young man and dedicated to his guests and making the overall Kestrel experience 5 stars! WOW!

   Amazing experience at Kestrel! First off the room is gorgeous with an awesome bar and cocktails. Food and service were outstanding. Definitely a beautiful spot for dinner or drinks!

   Kestrel by Blais fairly meets the challenge of a golf course bar/restaurant in a hotel dining venue. Experienced service staff and managers, all politely attentive. Sampled three appi's. All fine, generally well presented with a tilt toward a more acidic flavor profile, not unpleasant, even desirable for starters although favoring cocktails over most wines. Values were fair for a captive audience/hotel eatery. Dining room is very nice, limited fireplace seating available, not memorably changed from the former Vue, credit cards still process under that name.

   6 of us had lunch here today. Everything was excellent as was the service. The view is to die for too!

   Food was excellent. Service was a bit casual. Not quite the level of professionalism expected from a restaurant of this calibre.

    Went for Happy Hour and enjoyed Lettuce Wraps, Quesadillas and Fries. The quesadilla especially stood out for us - braised short rib filling and wonderful tortilla. We finished things off with the carrot cake and it was a star - amazing and one slice is plenty for two to share. Thommy our waiter was very professional and pleasant- thanks!
