   Excellent sharing roast experience! We would come back to Brighton just to dine in here. The service was outstanding, I didn’t get our waiters name but he was outstanding! Super knowledgeable and also he kept making us (and other tables) laugh! Thank you kindling for making our anniversary celebration so great!

   Great staff and service, the sharing roast was AMAZING!!! crispy potatoes, lots of beef, huge yorkies and delicious veg! I’m defo coming back!

   Overall it was soooo good. The food was AMAZING. One of the best restaurants in Brighton. The pulled brisket sandwich was AMAZING as well as the steaks and the cabbage. The ambience is so nice but the food did take quite a while to come but to be fair it was so busy so that’s understable. But I would 100% recomend and will be going often.

   So delicious and innovative throughout. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection (Ribeye which I highly recommend), the sides were creative and tasty and the waiting staff were incredible and attentive. Extra thanks to Archie for cooking the amazing food and keeping us entertained at the bar whilst we ate. Definitely returning again… and again… and again.

   There is loads to like about Kindling. Great food, smiling staff and good cocktails but if it is a cold night avoid a table near the door as the cold air rushes in every time someone asks for a last minute table or enters to sit down. Given how successful it seems to be I would start looking for a bigger and better value then it should be 5 stars all the way! Good luck!
