King Bar at the landmark Garden City Hotel is an Open Table Diner's Choice Award recipient featuring New American cuisine by Executive Chef Anup Patwal. Enjoy whimsical dishes like naked or dressed oysters, David Burke's signature clothesline bacon, and other shareable plates served with an array of signature cocktails, fine wines by the glass, and local beers.

Breakfast: weekdays 7am-11am, weekends 7:30am-10:30am
Lunch: Wednesday to Saturday, 12pm-4pm
Sunday Brunch: seatings 11a-12p (Reservations Required)
Dinner: Nightly, 4pm-10pm

Dress code: tastefully casual. No hats, sweatpants, tank tops, crop tops, flip-flips, open toe shoes on gentlemen, or pool/gym attire. Hoodies are allowed, but hoods must be worn down.

For parties/reservations of 8 or more, a $50 deposit per guest is required, which will be redeemed on the date of the reservation.

Another amazing dinner at King Bar. Nick and Teddy were exceptional and Patrick was a pleasure to speak with. Food presentation is always prepared beautifully. All of my party enjoyed their selections. Thank you. We will see you know.

I ordered the Caesar salad and added salmon. The salad came as an intact wedge of baby Romaine lettuce which was drenched in dressing. Not only did this overpower the fresh taste of the lettuce, it made the salad hard to eat because it was served on a salad sized plate next to a generous piece of seared salmon. I struggled to cut the lettuce on a crowded plate while trying to avoid the puddled dressing.

The restaurant is top tier, very attentive, the wait staff was pleasant. The shareable bread was the best I’ve had at any restaurant. This was our second visit and we will return for a third. The menu is a variety do delectable, you won’t be disappointed at all.

We were seated immediately upon our arrival. “ Nick” our server Professional, efficient, amiable We ordered Mocktails, Strawberry mule and Passion Mockito, that were refreshing Flavorful. The watermelon feta salad is a masterpiece The presentation is stunning. The salad itself was scrumptious Lobster roll with truffle fries were delectable. “ Nick" presented my friend with an ice mixed fruit bowl with strawberry sorbet( it was her birthday). We had a wonderful. Left with Happy Hearts

The watermelon feta salad and lobster roll with truffle fries sound absolutely divine! It's great to know that Nick went the extra mile to celebrate your friend's birthday with the ice mixed fruit bowl and strawberry sorbet. Leaving with happy hearts is the best kind of ending. I hope you get to visit again soon!
