Voted Akron's "Best Seafood" restaurant, Kingfish offers a comfortable East Coast-inspired dining room while embracing the essence of coastal seafood from all regions, ensuring the best and freshest products possible. In addition to seafood, the menu features Certified Angus Beef steaks, chicken, pork, and vegetarian dishes, complemented by full bar service and an extensive wine list. The relaxed dining room includes cozy booth and table seating, a private 14-seat dining room, and semi-private dining for up to 30 guests. Kingfish is open for dinner seven days a week, with happy hour available Monday through Friday and all day on Sunday.

    The food was excellent as always. My only issues are the portion size of the Caesar Salad, and the Lobster Mash Potato's, which is on the menu as a shareable. I ordered this thinking that our table of 4 could share. This portion size is for one person. The Caesar was literally 3-4 bites. Won't order those items again, even though they tasted good.

    Mediocre at best. First time and will be the last. Service was very slow, our dinner took over 45 minutes to cone out and the scallops were rubbery. My husband said his steak was good, but the other three people in our party were not impressed either. Everyone agreed. Food was bland. I get it was New Years Eve and they were full, but not an excuse when you are spending that kind of money. Five people and our bills were almost 700.00. They were quick to tell us no hats in the dining room though.

    Waitress needs to be familiar with menu and present specials. The environment was loud due to the construction of the building. Food was very good.

    Every time we visit the food and atmosphere is excellent! We always take family members to experience great seafood and dishes most restaurants do not offer fresh. I would highly recommend this place for a special occasion or just a date night. We will be back. 10/10 rating.

    Food was C. Wife’s chicken very salty. My sea bass was tiny, very small serving , no worth it. Grand son’s pasta dish, heavily herbed. Stuffed mushroom appetizer great. Blue point oysters great!

    This was probably our 7-8th visit and sadly a disappointed one. Our appetizers came in a timely manner. My scallop entree was well done and tasteless. The Brussels sprouts that the scallops sat on were also bland. Two other diners ordered fish, one was a "special" at $ 50.00 and was mediocre. Prior to the entree I'd asked for a soda refill and additional butter. After 5-10 minutes I had to ask again. On the drive home we discussed whether or not we'd return...
