Went to Kingsley Two Brasserie with a friend for a catch up. The main restaurant was closed so we were seated in the bar to eat where they had some tables set up to the side. It was very quiet but the food was good and the service was good too.

Wonderful restoration of the bank building- the hostess could not have been more accommodating despite the fact that we had inadvertently booked a restaurant of the same name in London - they managed to squeeze us in - the staff was exceedingly professional but warm. The food was outstanding- each of our meals and apps was well prepared and gorgeous. Not a criticism if anything at all. Looking forward to returning

Awful service from start to finish- we actually left before the food was served. There was no indication of how long the food would take or what the delay was. We sat there for nearly two hours and got offered a bowl of ready salted crisps whilst waiting.

our experiance here was terrible, food very poor, service even poorer, despite us being the only two people in the restaurant over a 2 and half hours, we did wander why it was empty, and we soon found out. Would not reccomend anyone to go there, completely ruined our time in london, and we are takeing our complaint further. So my advice don,t bother, there is some lovely restaurants nearby, that want your custom.

Although the staff were lovely, it took forever for our cocktails to come. Burgers are not allows to be medium rare and when I asked for my steak to be medium-welldone what I got went way past well done and the meat was super dry. The staff were accommodating with dessert which we appreciated, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the delays and not delivering on the food.

We had an early booking due to a theatre reservation so the restaurant was empty however the service was excellent as was the food. Two of us had pork belly and scallops which were delicious, the others had a salmon and broccoli risotto with a lobster bisque and pork loin. I would visit again but would recommend a later booking for additional ambience.

We booked this place at the last minute. The restaurant is inside the Thistle hotel and the decor is nice, fresh and quite modern looking. Our wait staff were cry friendly and quick to offer suggestions when I couldn't make up my mind which was really nice of them. The food was delicious and the servings are very generous! We would love to done there again!

Kingsley Two, Holborn, London. Visited this hotel restaurant to sample their 3 courses and glass of prosecco for £22 p/p. We were the only two people in the restaurant for the entirity of our meal but did not feel self conscious. Our waitress was lovely, very attentive. We met the manager, the chef and the sous chef! We were able to congratulate them on the great food that we enjoyed. We had 3 choices for each course and so long as you're not too fussy, you'll identify a suitable dish!

The food was excellent, pate for starters and the pork belly were gorgeous, so well done and delicious, the service was excellent we felt very comfortable and we had the waiter and maitre d checking on us after every course was served. The restaurant was literally empty! which is sort of ok for a Tuesday but is central London! that made the ambience a bit dull - but we enjoyed the quietness. Definitely recoomend. Also we went for drinks to the bar before dinner and cocktails were excellent

My main criticism of The Kingley is the service. We had a very slow waiter who lacked any waiting skills altogether. He knew our group were convening in the bar first but didn't make up the table so we had to then wait while he shuffled tables and laid it. He gave us no menu/ wine list. We had to request it ourselves. He got one of our starters wrong. Throughout the meal we had to call him over to order more drinks, etc. which was poor considering there were only 2 other tables occupied.
