Continuing the legacy of Dallas' Original Steakhouse, Est. 1954, Kirby's Prime Steakhouse in The Woodlands, Est. 2004, is an award winning restaurant featuring Mid-Western, grain fed, aged prime beef. Kirby's also offers fresh seafood, daily features, and a spectacular collection of New and Old World wine housed in an impressive cellar of over 4,000 bottles. Chef Alexander seeks to introduce the culinary versatility of Kirby's cuisine to any and all diners. Guests can choose to dine lakeside or enjoy one of Kirby's imported cigars in the cigar lounge while partaking in a glass of wine selected by certified Sommelier.

The food and value in the bar area were good. However, the service level was below par. We waited a long time to order a drink and finally had to walk up to the bar to order. No waitstaff checked on us.

Excellent service. Great cocktails! Broad menu. The chefs feature redfish was excellent with a ton of shrimp and crab. Love the dark moody atmosphere.

Our server was fantastic and very nice. The food was mid, especially for a high end steak house. The steak was good,7-10. Sides were 4/10.

They did amazing for our 5 year anniversary and my boyfriend’s 28th birthday. They made sure that our dinner was as special as possible. This was the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant while celebrating an event. Plus, the food was absolutely amazing! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Food was excellent. Service was very lacking. The lady seemed very annoyed to be our server and she was very curt. She seemed rushed and inconvenienced. For a $200 meal and $40 going to her, it was not deserved on her end. Every Chick-fil-A employee I've ever had was friendlier and better than her. We were also super annoyed at the fact our steak came with a salad and we said side Caesar and we were both charged $14 for a full size salad. We were never told it was not included at all, not even an upcharge. Between those two things, we left feeling like the experience at $240 was not at all worth it, unfortunately. Food was great but the price tag with lack of service just wasn't worth it in our opinion.

Service was absolutely terrible. Our server ignored us basically the whole dinner . One entree was undercooked, one entree was literally burnt. Drinks stayed empty. Awful will never return

Fantastic customer care. Always so polite and professional. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best full course meal we had in a while. Made my birthday truly memorable.

Amazing service and food, made the night so special. As soon as you needed the waiter he was there, food came out quickly and tasted amazing! Our first time at Kirby’s but will defiantly not be our last!
