Continuing the legacy of Dallas' Original Steakhouse, Est. 1954, Kirby's Prime Steakhouse in The Woodlands, Est. 2004, is an award winning restaurant featuring Mid-Western, grain fed, aged prime beef. Kirby's also offers fresh seafood, daily features, and a spectacular collection of New and Old World wine housed in an impressive cellar of over 4,000 bottles. Chef Alexander seeks to introduce the culinary versatility of Kirby's cuisine to any and all diners. Guests can choose to dine lakeside or enjoy one of Kirby's imported cigars in the cigar lounge while partaking in a glass of wine selected by certified Sommelier.

Kirby’s is the real deal, a true steak house. They also have outstanding seafood. Both are prepared and cooked to perfection and the dude dishes are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Kirby’s, make a reservation today and have a great time.

Service was impeccable. We ordered a few appetizers, the fried asparagus, crab cake, lobster escargot. All three were delicious. Main course consisted of the 10oz and 7 oz fillets. They were cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. The service was outstanding. Other than it being somewhat noisy it was a very nice dining experience and we will be back.

The atmosphere and service were great. The food was just OK. They changed the crab cake from primarily crab to primarily bread.

Our waiter Tim, always goes above and beyond to make sure our Anniversary is taken care of. His whit and charm and knowledge of everything Kirby's has to offer makes such an enjoyable experience we go every year looking forward to great evening.

Food was very good. House salad was just ok. Steak, oysters and crab were very good. Had a loud dining hall feel.

Had an amazing meal, it was date night hadn’t been out in while. The service the food everything was amazing. Had the waygu Denver cut, lobster mac and cheese was fantastic!!
