   Kissaki has a good quality of food. The outdoor patio is not the best one (better inside in terms of atmosphere), there is not enough space to create a green area or a more cozy ambient. The weak link is the service. The restaurant was almost empty and we wait a lot before having dinner. The order was not totally correct, (the drinks we order went in another table) and the waiter was too much invasive, trying to do conversation at all costs, jokes, be brillant, etc. Probably if he was 100% more concentrated in his job the service should be rated higher. The manager and the receptionist very very kind.

   They overcharged me and I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone and no one has responded. And It’s been since New Year’s. :(

   First time to the restaurant, really lovely place, we sat outside in the patio and had Happy Hour. Very good food and great wine even for the HH deal, our server was great and they have HH even on weekend ! I really appreciate restaurants that extend HH on weekends as during the week I often finish work late and don’t manage to take advantage of those, I also appreciate restaurants that extend HH deals to food too as that is a great way to have a good dinner at OK pricing taking advantage of the deal given the crazy price increases. We really enjoyed it and will be back for sure ❤️

   We celebrated a friend’s birthday here and enjoyed the Miami Spice menu. Drinks and food were excellent and service was even better! Will definitely be back.

    We wouldn’t go back. The service was super slow and bad, even though the waiter was friendly. We had to ask for things multiple times, and even then, we didn’t get enough menus and never received the extras we asked for. They didn’t clear the used plates either. Plus, we were sitting outside with no fan, and we were melting at 9 pm. The food was okay, but nothing special. We paid $411 for four people with the Miami Spice menu.
