The Kitchen (formerly Green Springs Bistro) is now open and taking this beloved Safety Harbor dining tradition to the next level on every front. Whether raising a glass among family and friends, enjoying a romantic date night or indulging in exceptional steaks, fresh Gulf seafood or Southern comfort food with a modern twist, you’ll find that time spent here is more delicious than ever.

New owners Rob Doyle and Mary Grasso along with Executive Chef Josh Needham are keeping some of the old menu favorites while introducing an eclectic mix of New American dishes served tapas-style. Our newest editions include a full liquor bar and adding even more charm to this historic bungalow setting: an outdoor pavilion where you can dine under the twinkling oak trees and stars.

                                                                  We loved this new find. The service, food and ambience were impeccable. Definitely take the time to try this restaurant because you will not be disappointed. If you go before it gets hot, sit on the back deck. We loved it and will definitely go back.

                                                                  It was Cameron’s first day and he was a fantastic server- loved the Watermelon shirt. Will ask for his table next time for sure. Great food love the cauliflower! Great drinks. Great place to enjoy friends

                                                                  This is our sixth time dining at The Kitchen and Bar in Safety Harbor. The food is always delicious and the service is great. The last two times we had Rosie and she is wonderful! She is very informative and is a really good server. The food is superb, and all of us had some thing different and it was all delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant!

                                                                  Excellent dining experience!! Rosie, our server, is such a delight. Rosie’s knowledge of the menu and her explanation is so appreciated! The Red Drum fish is a tantalizing dish! We had the opportunity to meet Chef Karen!! Looking forward to tasting her Spring/Summer menu. Totally enjoyable experience! We are looking forward to our next meal!!!

                                                                  Not the first time I’ve been but we had Rosie as our server. She is awesome! The entire staff so attentive. And the kitchen staff ❤️❤️❤️. Anything on the menu is great. Thanks for making my meeting with friends special. Reservations are best. Everyone had salmon, the ribeye, and duck. Cauliflower for app, awesome desserts.
