The Kitchen (formerly Green Springs Bistro) is now open and taking this beloved Safety Harbor dining tradition to the next level on every front. Whether raising a glass among family and friends, enjoying a romantic date night or indulging in exceptional steaks, fresh Gulf seafood or Southern comfort food with a modern twist, you’ll find that time spent here is more delicious than ever.

New owners Rob Doyle and Mary Grasso along with Executive Chef Josh Needham are keeping some of the old menu favorites while introducing an eclectic mix of New American dishes served tapas-style. Our newest editions include a full liquor bar and adding even more charm to this historic bungalow setting: an outdoor pavilion where you can dine under the twinkling oak trees and stars.

                                                                  It was the first time for 4 of our guests. We have been several times and always had an excellent meal. Our guests commented that their meals were one the best that they have had. 1 meal was cold but she didn’t want to return it so they comped the meal which we all thought was a very generous thing to do. We will definitely be visiting again and our guests will want to return again when they are back in town

                                                                  Great spot!!! The food was delicious. The only negative was the beet and goat cheese salad was very salty, which stunned us a little because we didn’t expect it with a salad. Everything else was fabulous. We would definitely come again!!

We had lobster ravioli to start and then the red drum fish (first time having this fish) based upon our waiter’s recommendation and also the Mahi. Very tasty! Our server Scott was very attentive. The interior was decorated very nicely and the noise level was such that we could hear each other talk. It was great place for Valentine’s Day dinner.

                                                                  As always our dining experience was wonderful! David greet you enthusiastically and you are automatically reassured that you are going to have a pleasant evening due to his warm welcome. Bri was our server and she was exceptional. Very personable, very knowledgeable of drinks, wines and the menu. Pleasant, professional and efficient. Kudos to the bartender, the drinks were delicious. The food quality is always exceptional thanks to the wonderful kitchen staff. Very creative, and tasty cuisine. I say run, don't walk to enjoy this spectacular gem in Safety Harbor.

                                                                  The food here is very fresh and innovative. Different sides are prepared to go with each entree. I had the short ribs. The bone had been removed, but not the fat, so I could decide if I wanted to eat the fat. The sides were homemade (mine were mashed potatoes and carrots) . The carrots were cooked perfectly with some crunch left in them. Service was outstanding, as were the drinks.
