The Kitchen (formerly Green Springs Bistro) is now open and taking this beloved Safety Harbor dining tradition to the next level on every front. Whether raising a glass among family and friends, enjoying a romantic date night or indulging in exceptional steaks, fresh Gulf seafood or Southern comfort food with a modern twist, you’ll find that time spent here is more delicious than ever.

New owners Rob Doyle and Mary Grasso along with Executive Chef Josh Needham are keeping some of the old menu favorites while introducing an eclectic mix of New American dishes served tapas-style. Our newest editions include a full liquor bar and adding even more charm to this historic bungalow setting: an outdoor pavilion where you can dine under the twinkling oak trees and stars.

Love this restaurant!! I always have the perfect G&T. I don’t like tonic water, and this isn’t that. Would love to know what it’s the house made tonic water!!! The deconstructed deviled eggs are a must. Tried the bao buns this time. Delicious!!! I always get the filet w Gorgonzola fondue. Perfect as always.

Exceptional dinner, service in wonderful atmosphere Had dinner last night. Sat in the bar by the fireplace. The host David and server Bri provided wonderful service. The restaurant was warm and inviting. We had venison tenderloin with semi glacé. Just great. My husband had curry and lobster bisque. Nice pieces of lobster in the soup. Want to put this in our regular rotation. Good menu , good food. The kitchen hits on every front

Bring back the bread basket for purchase! We were really disappointed to see this option taken off the menu since the bread was outstanding and the 2 spreads with it made it complete. Also, not sure why, but the short ribs were totally different than they have been the last few times I had them. Slices instead of a chunk and definitely not as tender. Service by Mindee was excellent as usual!!! She's the best!

The chicken dinner was new on the menu. Juicy, crispy, flavorful with sweet potatoes, green beans, and bread pudding. Like an elevated Thanksgiving dinner. So delicious. Great service and a lovely corner booth.
