   It was great. The bread service and homemade pasta was delicious, 🤤 and the service was great. The only down side was the overpriced wine. $55 per glass for wine that runs $100 in the stores. If you’re a true connoisseur, it’s better ti bring your own bottle and pay the corkage fee. Otherwise, phenomenal!

   This may have been my best meal ever. Being a foodie I only eat at well renowned places and this was above and beyond anything in recent years.

   An Incredible experience to have with someone special. My son and I spent the weekend at the JW Marriott and were excited to experience knife and spoon again ! The service can not be duplicated. The food is perfect room and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. The wagyu filet was exceptional and their fresh catch of the day was tile fish - which was cooked perfectly Most of the starters are fish forward including king crab , oysters, hamachi crudo etc but they do offer wagyu tartare was incredible. Steaks from the grill were 32 ounces - which made the filet the best offering unless you wish to share. The 32 oz steak run over 175 for a meal. Sides dishes are large enough to share between two or three and the wine options are varied and wide ! Something to experience

    Our meal was top notch and the ambience of the Ritz Carlton was amazing! We were only in town for 24 hours but will definitely be back. I’ve never experienced a vegetable medley as good as the one the chef prepared! The Waygu steak was cooked to perfection. I’m typically a meat and potatoes girl but LOVED the vegetables!!!
