   Zeb was our server he did great and took good care of us. Amazing food and drinks!!! Bussers was on it and very friendly. Especially james for making our mother’s day dinner very memorable!

   We booked for mother’s Day brunch, it booked for 99.00 each. We arrived and was told it was 129.00 per person. The website link show a lobster Mothers Day brunch. Well the website was out dated and it was from last year. Prime rib was served , Korean BBQ Ribs and some other meats . All on the cold side. Not even slightly warm. The desserts were nice and the server was nice . Manager honored the 99.00 price.

   We made reservations for Mother’s Day brunch which was outstanding in food quality and selections, presentation and service. Ryan was our server and stopped by our table often to ask if we needed anything else. When we made the reservation on OpenTable, the price was $99 per person, but the bill reflected $129. Apparently there was a glitch in the OpenTable app that failed to distinguish between the regular brunch price of $99 and the $129 Mother’s Day price. Anyway, Ko honored the lower price which made us happy. We were staying in Kihei and it was our first time being at the Fairmont - the entrance is stunning.

   Waiter was great, can’t remember his name, and the food was fantastic. The swordfish grilled catch of the day was amazing!

   Always outstanding!! We had friends on island last evening and shared with them the magic of Ko. Another unbelievable evening under the stars. The staff are always amazing and extremely helpful. The food is the best on island. Always love the seafood laulau. Wine selection is superb. Desert cannot be missed.

   The ahi on the rock had to be the highlight. It was probably the best ahi we’ve ever had. The cocktails were delicious and refreshing. We had a great table, looking out to the pool. We had the pancit and lau lau and both were really good. Overall it was a lovely experience.

    Drew, our server was excellent. Food was unique and prepared with primarily local ingredients. Like all the resorts in Wailea, not for the budget conscious but worth the splurge.
