Fairmont Kea Lani’s signature restaurant Kō offers award-winning cuisine inspired by the vast collection of ethnicities brought together during Maui’s sugarcane plantation era.

Originating from the kitchens of Kō chefs’ tutus and aunties, taste generations of local cuisine deep rooted in the island’s culture and history. Peruse the menu and the tantalizing dishes, which highlight the unique flavors of Maui.

Open daily for happy hour (4:00pm until 5:00pm) and dinner (5:00pm until 8:30pm).

    Absolutely delicious dinner from start to finish and the service was top notch. One of our best meals on Maui!

    We have been dining at Kó for many years and we are always very happy with our experience. This trip was no exception. We were seated at a lovely table that was removed from others and had a great view of the Fairmont’s beautiful property. It a nice space to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our server (unfortunately I don’t remember her name, but that doesn’t diminish our appreciation of her and her great service). We shared a delicious shaved veggie salad that was both flavorful and crispy. We also shared the ribeye that was cooked to perfection and seasoned with restraint. Good ribeyes don’t need a lot of sauce and spices. They can shine on their own and good chefs understand this. The purple mashed potatoes and veggies complemented the meal well. Our server brought us their homemade coffee ice cream with toffee crumble for dessert with a candle and both she and a manager sang to my husband. The ice cream was delicious and we appreciated the texture the crumble brought to the creamy ice cream. Yes, we will be back!

    Having dined here before, our expectations were high but this time…….well maybe it was just a bad night. From waiting beyond our reservation time to be seated in a restaurant that wasn’t full to every dish taking way too long to come out, to a poor quality of food on this visit, well, this was not a great experience. Having eaten there a number of times (and previously had very good experiences) we may try again but with so many other great choices in the area I kinda doubt it.

    Our server was outstanding and the live music was great. The robe eye was a bit overpriced for what it was but the seafood dishes were phenomenal. Cannot say enough about the fantastic servers who went above and beyond to make my 90 year old friend feel special on her birthday. Highly recommend this restaurant
