   Was my GF birthday dinner, we had 10 people at the table. Yoshi was a great server and Vingh was an excellent and funny cook. He had the whole table Laughing. He cooked the meals all according to preference and it was delicious.

   Very disappointed with the overall reservation experience. Our reservation was for 8:30, we didn't get seated at the Hibachi table, rather a regular table one hour after the reservation at 9:30.

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at the Teppanyaki table, our reservations are based on Priority Seating, which will offer you the shortest available wait time when you check in and your party is complete. Our goal is to seat priority seating within a 15 minutes window but sometimes many celebrations stay longer than expected and cause a delay for your party.    Made a reservation and when we arrived there was a 45+ minute wait after our reservation time. No process to let us know where we were in line. Glad they are so busy, but would have appreciated a heads up or message that we would be pushed back. We ate somewhere else.

   WE HAD RESERVATIONS AT 7:30 HOWEVER WE ARRIVED ONTIME AND WAS TOLD ITS WAS GOING TO BE A 45 MIN WAIT WHICH ENDED UP BEING OVER AN HOUR WAIT. THAT IS ridiculous. At least CALL THE CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF TIME. YOU DID NOTHING FOR THE inconvenience.

   Unacceptable Experience – Alcohol Served to My Child I am deeply disturbed by an incident that occurred during my recent visit. My two-year-old daughter was accidentally served an alcoholic beverage in a children’s sippy cup—an inexcusable and dangerous error that could have had severe consequences. This alarming mistake was made by the bartender, Jasmin, and unfortunately, it was only the beginning of a series of poor experiences during our visit. The overall service—from the host to our server, Jazzy, and even the General Manager, Ryan Gonzalez—was consistently disappointing. On a busy holiday like Mother’s Day, I understand there may be pressure, but basic professionalism, courtesy, and attention to safety are non-negotiable in any work environment, especially when dealing with families and young children. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude displayed by staff made the situation even worse. Due to the severity of the issue, I will be pursuing legal action regarding the negligent service of alcohol to my child. I hope to return one day and find that serious changes have been made, but as of now, I am completely disheartened and deeply disappointed by this experience.

   My family and I really enjoyed our experience. Food was great and kids had a lot of fun watching the chef prepare our meal. Definitely recommend.

   We had a fantastic Mother’s Day at Kobe Steakhouse. The atmosphere and chef were entertaining and the food was superb! We all got so much, that we all took home leftovers. Very happy we made reservations on a busy day out for families. We had no wait time and were seated at 12:10 for our 12:00 reservation. Highly recommend.

   Long wait to be seated and offered drinks. Chef was great. They have added something sweet to their rice.

    We were really disappointed with our experience. Despite having a reservation, we waited 25 minutes for a table, followed by soup and salad—and then another 30-minute wait for the chef. When he finally arrived, he was so loud it made the whole meal uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it either—it was drenched in so many oils and honestly hard to enjoy. We won’t be coming back.
