The chef and his wife run the restaurant. If you’ve seen Seinfeld’s soup Natzi, this is its equivalent for Asian inspired tasting menu. “No food for you”… lol The experience starts with the wife telling you the restaurant rules 1. No phone calls 2. No photos or videos with a flash 3. No drugs Etc., I’ve never been to a restaurant and I’ve dined at nearly every three star Michelin restaurant in the world where your dining “experience” starts like this. They claim to be in business 5 years but reviews do not go back more than 1 year. My wife does not eat meat, she’ll eat all fish, shellfish and vegetables but we were told they do not accommodate special requests, yet interestingly there is no mention of this anywhere on their website that I could find and it’s a small one line item in OpenTable buried several sections down which I must have missed (accept that as my fault but I’ll say it’s not prominent anywhere). I just went through the entire OpenTable reservation process and it’s not until after you go through all of the selections and are about to pay that buried at the bottom of the page is there one note about no substitutions and this is after a clause that says ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE all in caps like this - which again for all my dining is quite unusual and to me like their other rules means we are likely not the first to have this poor experience. I will give them the fact that the wife and husband are the two running the entire show (unless there are other chefs hidden in the back, but I don’t think there are). For an over $1k dining experience for two people I did expect more than the “cold” soup natzi attitude the wife had. Bravo has another term for it.. Her husband, Chef Owner is clearly very talented and if you eat all foods, it might be worth a visit if you don’t mind starting with a series of rules before you dine. Again, in all the restaurants I’ve been to and reviewed all around the world, I cannot say I have EVER experienced anything

We eat out 4-5 nights a week. This is by far the best dining experience in West Palm Beach….not only for the food & wine but the interaction with the Chef & with Nadia were amazing as are their knowledge & expertise about food, flavors, cooking and wines.

Best experience ever! Jacob and Nadia gave us our most amazing night, the food was above and beyond delicious, the delicacy of the ingredients, the pairing of the wines and sakes, everything was perfect made even more unique by the ambience Chef Jacob (who should have 3 Michelin stars, and sommelier Nadie). The place is gorgeous as is the playlist. We are foodies, and this has topped every other experience ever. Most grateful for such a pleasurable night. We’ll be back soon!

If you are searching for a unique, delicious and extraordinary dining experience - this hits all the marks. This was our second time dining with Jacob and Nadia, and round 2 catapulted us more deeply in love with their entire operation. Attention to detail is beyond exceptional here. They have every single nuance of the experience dialed - this is a multi-sensory journey - the visual quality of the room, the dark walls, perfect lighting and gorgeous plating and utensil selection - the playlist coming out of the speakers, which is raised and lowered at the perfect times, coinciding with the introduction of each course and pairing....the rich and delicious flavors, textures and adventure that is Jacob's food - perfectly paired with the incredibly interesting and educational journey that is Nadias liquid orchestra. These two are beyond, beyond. I will also give an extra mention to the incredibly thoughtful non alcoholic beverage pairing service offered - as a fellow sober human walking this life surrounded by alcoholic intoxication - I am extremely proud of Jacob for his sobriety and the bold stand he has taken to curate and provide this non alcoholic option - which I might add, is the best collection of non alcoholic beverages to ever hit my lips. Beyond 5 stars, so grateful we found you all - of course we will be back!
