Took an elderly friend there, first time for Korean Grill, starters were small plates , small bites really, but disappointed with amounts, though taste good. Rack of lamb very tender, moist & succulent. Disappointed with piglet pork belly as we were given more fatty bits and not much meat on it, so had to re-grill it ourselves to finish as more fats burnt off. Would have preferred to grill meats ourselves, if food brought out together, we can decide which to start with ourselves. Enjoyable evening nonetheless.

We came here for a family member's birthday, having read the previous reviews and what KGK provides in terms of service, I came in with high expectations. From door to table was fine, we were seated promptly, we soon found that service wasn't what we were expecting. We were seated for upwards of 15 Minutes before being asked for drinks and food which is fine, but the transition to our dinner service after was poor. When we watched other tables, including the large group next to us they had someone at their tables for the majority of their meals to cook, however our table we had either the manager or supervisor that night, which isn't an issue in itself but because they seemed so busy with other tasks she often left our table with the food slowly burning each time, we had to intervene multiple times to avoid our food burning in front of our eyes. Other times throughout the meal, we had other waitresses come by, forgetting to refill our tea after we had asked them to or simple things like new plates took far too long. The food isn't to be complained about; the cuts of meat were great, and our alternatives to the Iberico Pork Belly were a great suggestion from the person serving us. The food in itself was great. Although I understand that it was a Sunday Evening and the restaurant seemed fairly full at the time, I don't feel like we got the same kind of service others have praised. My main qualm is the service. I enjoyed the meal itself, but if I had to do the grilling of the meats myself, then I would've gone to a different Korean BBQ location, as this was supposed to be part of the dining experience.

Excellent food cooked at our grill on the table expertly. We chose the chef’s feast which produced a myriad of grilled meats, king prawn, vegetables, pickles and sauces. It was more than we could manage and we took a doggy bag back. Delicious and flawless service.

The grill meat was very good. The meat for the Bibimbap was not good at all. It was extremely chewy and we missed the egg. Service was kind and wine selection was good.

When we booked the table, it hasn’t shown the dinner time is only 1.5 hours. When we arrived, they asked us we need to return table by 8:00pm. But we are already there, it is hard to change at that moment. This service experience is not very good.
