Bar Koukla is a casual and intimate snack bar setting on the popular Ossington strip. A space where traditional touches merge effortlessly with contemporary design. Our interpretation of the classic Athenian mezedolpoleio mixes authentic meze, a raw seafood bar, a natural and oraganic wine list and cocktails inspired by the Athenian metroploitan culture.

    Food was great. Service didn’t feel personal. We didn’t know who our server was. Furthermore, when food was brought to table it was placed with no care or thought to how it can fit on table for diner comfort and ease of serving. No serving utensils were provided. Also, given it’s a Mediterranean restaurant, suggest playing some relevant music, non 90’s R&B all night.

    Amazing service and everything was delicious! This was my first time here and I am 1000000% coming back. Our server Christina was incredible!

    Came here to celebrate my BFs birthday. Food was amazing! Lamb ribs were phenomenal. Food came out at the right times, servers were attentive but not overbearing. Definitely need to come back and try the brunch menu.

    Came here for the first time for my partner’s birthday. Service was amazing, the waitstaff was friendly and very helpful when it came to recommendations. Food and drinks were served promptly and presented beautifully. May not be within someone’s budget if they’re looking for a cheaper option, but the quality of the food is definitely worth splurging for in my opinion. Thanks for such a wonderful dinner experience, we’ll definitely be making our way back soon!
