    First of all there was too cold inside because of broken heating. A manager advised us to leave our coats with us and to order tea. However., when you pay more than £100 per person, you would like to get the best service and ambience. A service was very slow and food was tasteless . Having poor menu they managed to cook tasteless food excepting sushi nigiri. I don’t recommend to visit this restaurant.

    The meals were amazing. The only thing is resturant was a little empty and a little cold. And the prices a little too high specially for the nigiri/sashimis. I would reccomend this restaurant in a crowdes evening for a bettwe atmosphere and definitely wear long sleeve☺️

    Having eaten at Koyn two years ago, it was literally one of my favourite restaurants. Well not anymore. Very rude woman at reception, heating was broken, and it was freezing. I tried to move to the Thai restaurant downstairs where it was warm but they wouldn’t let me. I persevered and was very cold and paid a lot of money to be cold. Not impressed with the manager handling of the issue and will never go back.

    Good food but average service, very disengaged staff and the dishes on the Festive menu arrived in the wrong order, no apologies 15% tip already included- curious who gets the tip??

    Extremely expensive food - Me and my partner cannot see the reason why we paid 350£ for 2 people for an average quality meal. The service tho was excellent. Sorry we don’t recommend this place for food.

    Okay Japanese food overall but nothing special. Pretty generic menu. Everything tastes good but nothing is amazing. I found the rock shrimp tempura soggy. Wagyu was okay.
