They say the kitchen is the heart of every home. At the heart of this Coconut Grove restaurant you’ll find Chef Sebastian Vargas whose resume boasts Michelin-starred restaurants Osteria Francescana in Italy, Eleven Madison Park in New York City, and Fäviken Magasinet in Sweden.

Featuring an evolving menu based on the freshest seasonal ingredients, at Krüs, Chef realizes his culturally-engaged POV to provide a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
