We are on the strip of Avenida de las Americas with access from George R. Brown Convention Center. Kulture is an innovative dining concept providing a national platform where Chefs share & create their take on the diaspora of Southern/African cultures allowing the food to tell the story. Food influence span the Caribbean, Spain, Asia, Mexico, & European delicacies. Sharing this experience with the Houston Community and visitors alike. WE ARE CASHLESS. Reservations require a CC hold, NO EXCEPTIONS. No shows are automatically charged after 15 min. grace period. Large party reservations of 6+ must have full party present to be sat (Fri-Sun). If full party isn't present within 15 min. grace period, your table will be released.
We offer complimentary 2hr. parking located at 701 Avenida N. Parking Garage behind the restaurant. Live Music offered every Friday & Saturday night from 9pm-11pm. After Hour bar bites available 9pm - 10pm. Brunch served every Saturday & Sunday from 11:30am-3pm.

Waiter, Marcus was friendly, had an amazing spirit! The food was delicious and atmosphere was perfect! Made for a great date night!

My reservations were for 10 pm on valentine times day, I received a call from the front door host 10 minutes or so prior to my arrival of 9:50 to tell me the kitchen CLOSES at ten! Definitely didn’t understand why they let me book a 10pm!! I felt a little rushed because of that. They were out of the appetizers offered on the Valentine’s Day menu. The Valentine menu was surprisingly a bit pricey and it didn’t include beverages besides water. There was live music but it was so loud you could not hear your date or the waiter. Overall it definitely gave good vibes. I did fall in love with the mango lemondrop and dessert, Red Velvet Indulgence. The main course was stuffed salmon and my date and I enjoyed that. May have to revisit on a non holiday day to get a better experience similar to the ones I read about! But it made my Valentine’s Day a little rushed and only semi enjoyable.

Kulture was a very beautiful place, great vibes and music. We were limited too a three course Valentine Day menu and we was not happy about that. I felt it should have been optional and the full menu should have been provided. I think they focus more on the ambiance and not the quality of the food. The food was not worth the prices and was not satisfying. Our server Marcus was very good and really accommodating with a great personality, and made our experience a little better overall.

When I reserved my table it was a variatey of food on the menu. Once we arrived you had to pic from 2 starters, 2 entrees and 2 dessert. To make matter worse we were Charged 150.00 for that.

The food was plain and the waiter I had was horrible. Took 1 hour between each drink. Food took 2 hours. She wasn’t checking on our drinks nor the food. Just walking around doing a lot of nothing. The music was nice. But I won’t bother coming back after spending $300.

Very nice atmosphere! But overpriced the food was okay but not $200 worth. Desert were very creative. Loved it!

Amazing everything! Food delicious! Drinks-Southern peach cocktail so good! Fabian the best service for a big group! And let’s talk biscuits! Just like my grandma made on the farm! The pastry chef so good! So happy to be in this Kulture experience!

I had an amazing dining experience at Kulture! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The catfish meal was just as impressive—crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside, and paired beautifully with the sides. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff. From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality made the meal even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism. I’ll definitely be returning! If you’re looking for great food, an inviting atmosphere, and top-tier service, Kulture is a must-visit!

This was my second time here and once again Kulture did not disappoint! The food was good, BUT DEM BISCUITS!!! SOOO DELICIOUS! We happened to go on Saturday this time and was pleasantly surprised that around 7, they had a live DJ, who did a great job in mixing it up with some old skool. I think this may be our new "go to" spot. Thank you Kulture! 🥰
