   Carne eccellente ma prezzi veramente alti.. Un filetto di 400 gr. Costa più di 50€.. Indubbiamente la qualità dei prodotti e il servizio in generale è di altissimo livello

   Very quite when we were ther recommending you offer special lunch menu to customers on arrival rather than them having to ask if there was any lunchtime deals.

   What an amazing experience, such friendly and super knowledgeable staff. From cuts of steak to cutlery types to enhance your dining experience I was absolutely amazed. What a treat and the food was simply heavenly. Would not hesitate in returning and would highly recommend. The staff even did a special birthday platter of a few treats for my wife’s birthday!!

   The Meal my Wife and I had was delicious. Can’t fault anything. Was the best meal we have had in a long time. Everything was superb. Service excellent. 10/10 Will definitely be back.

   Absolutely delighted with our meal. We booked for our Anniversary and couldn’t have chosen better. Staff were really very good and friendly. Food was beautiful, and even though it was unlimited for sides, there was plenty. Excellent value. Very nice wine and drinks not overpriced. Had seen a few negative reviews prior to going but we highly recommend Kyloe, it really was lovely.

   The food as always was excellent, especially the soup. We have been eating here for approximately 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for a nice steak.

   Overall I was very disappointed with our experience at Kyloe. The food was not good, and no where near where it should be for that level of restaurant and the cost of it. My partner and I were there for a special occasion and when we booked we thought we wanted steak but when it came to the day we didn't fancy steak so we instead ordered the wagyu burger and a venison wellington with 3 sides to share. The burger was so dry I had to dunk it in the beef dripping sauce which was meant for the very dry chips, the mash was average and would have expected it to be much creamier, the wagyu brisket mac and cheese was so dry and overcooked and we could only assume had been sitting out under the heat lamp for a very long time. The green beans were fine, and the only thing that saved the day was that the wellington was excellent. Otherwise, I would have been sending our entire meal back. We ate most of it, so I felt I could not complain, however we were absolutely starving after a one hour wait for our starter, followed by another hour wait for our main course. I didn't actually mind the long wait (as we were out for the evening enjoying ourselves and were not in any rush) until we were then rushed at the end. Like I said, an hour wait for starter, and another hour wait for main, and then when we said we didn't want dessert, our bill arrived within two second even though we had half a bottle of wine left (which by the way, we had been pouring our own wine and water all night, with no top ups from the waiter at all). I hadn't even opened or looked at the bill yet, when another two seconds later the card machine arrived. No offer of coffees, or whether we might have wanted another drink, and we weren't even asked if we were ready for bill, it just appeared. So at that point, the slow service up until that point bothered me with a rush at the end!

   Great service, took time to explain all the various cuts of meat, great recommendations from the staff. Food was excellent, steaks were amazing

    Overpriced! £46.00 for a steak is ridiculous and should have included the potatoes. I was dining solo en route to a party. I will not dine again at Kyloe.
