La Cabrera by Gaston Riveira, the internationally acclaimed and multi award-winning restaurant from Argentina recently opened it’s first location in Miami.
Gastón Riveira decided to undertake this journey against all the prognosis for his country's economic situation, because he had a clear vision: he wanted to transform the typical Buenos Aires grill into, something that would stand out from the rest, but not only because of the quality of the product but for giving people a unique and unforgettable experience.
“La Cabrera is a creative space where I can express myself and look for new dishes, but also it is the place where I give myself the pleasure of not only revamping and improving but also diversifying the classic dishes that I am so passionate about”.
The secret is in the way we grill using special techniques and experimenting with new things all the time. La Cabrera is a baroque neighborhood bistro, with an atmosphere that mixes history.

Extremely disappointed on the service. The waiter was very inattentive. From our drinks not coming till after our salads to forgetting the Mac and cheese for our daughters. They even forgot to bring the glass of red wine that I ordered. While the steak was good quality the service was horrible. Will definitely not be returning to the restaurants. Took the reviews for google and extremely disappointed.

The service was top of the line. Tastiest meat cuisine. The most creative and generous presentation. More delicious Moore was the ingredients were the freshest.

Food was great - service not so much. Placed an order for my daughter and I who were dining in and a take out order (steak) for my wife. Take out order came 15 minutes before the order for the table.

Everything was cooked perfectly. Best salmon preparation I’ve ever had. The eggs on top of the fries were delicious. Excellent service and attention to detail. Will come again!
