Overall some outstanding courses and probably worth a visit if staying at the Four Seasons but don’t agree with having to pay extra for one of the 2 fish courses given the price of the meal. Our bill was £500 and we had the smaller menu, a bottle of water and only 1 cocktail! Also, music could be ALOT better to improve what is a quite a bland atmosphere.

The room is soulless with zero ambience and the food unmemorable. Most flavours were bland and presentation fine but nothing outstanding. Feels very much like a hotel restaurant not a destination.

The service staffs are quite attentive and reliable. Before today, I read some previous comments mentioned about folding napkin, this is now been done. But not all tables will be cleaned with the bread crumb. For the food, there was too much crunchy taste, only one course with it would be enough. The course with coffee is also like a dessert, a bit early than expected with the sweetness. Would prefer something warm as the room temperature is quite low while dining. The sunflower petals are only decorative, not eatable, it makes no difference with the course. An ant was on the side of the plate that served beef tartar. Not a big deal for us, so we didn’t bother to ask. Maybe the pine leaves underneath were freshly picked.

Yet, the team at La Dame de Pic doesn't just meet these expectations—they surpass them in ways that are both thoughtful and extraordinary. Even before our evening began, a team member reached out to ask if this was a special occasion. It was—a celebration of my wife’s recent award at work. Their thoughtful inquiry translated into a delightful surprise dessert later that evening, a gesture that earned them well-deserved bonus points. From start to finish, every aspect of our experience was flawless. The service was nothing short of impeccable. Natasha, along with the rest of the team, displayed a level of expertise and grace that elevated the entire evening. Her deep knowledge of the menu, warm professionalism, and discretion were unmatched. The evening reached another level of magic when Evans, the head chef, took the time to give us a tour of his kitchen. He shared insights into his creative process and the sourcing of ingredients, a personal touch that thrilled my wife, an avid MasterChef fan. And then there’s the food—a true masterpiece in every sense. Each dish delivered an extraordinary balance of flavors, stunning creativity, and exquisite presentation. Every bite was a revelation, transforming dinner into an artful experience that exceeded all expectations. La Dame de Pic is not just a meal—it’s a memory. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at this beautiful stylish restaurant, exceptional food and wine flight, wonderfully attentive waiting staff and highly knowledgable sommelier.
