Bonjour! La Fable Brasserie, located on the beach block of Rehoboth's iconic Baltimore Avenue, offers traditional French cuisine with a bohemian Parisian street cafe flair.                                     A true gem and must visit. The owner and chef is French and his cooking technique is second to none. The frau gras appetizer was amazing, creamy and super flavorful. The chicken was cooked with two generous cutlets, amazing gravy and plentiful vegetables. Service was superb, felt like being at home. Third visit this year and each time a home run.

                                    Our table enjoyed excellent prepared French onion soup, escargots, trout amandine, cordon bleu and steak frites, and chamberg cake. La Fable comes thru everytime with exemplary value, perfect presentation and attentive, respectful service. ‘This is the restaurant for our family gatherings, especially Thanksgiving weekend and December holidays.

                                    Very attentive service without being overbearing. Our apps & entrees were excellent. It was my wife's birthday & it also was the mans' next to us. A big age difference & we all enjoyed telling she & he happy birthday. We are early diners & it was getting very busy as we left. Highly recommend.

                                    This was our first visit and it won’t be our last! I chose the restaurant as I was looking for a new place, and the reviews were 5 star. The setting is tiny and intimate, granted a bit loud at 8 pm on a Saturday. All were enjoying and having a great time. Our fromage appetizer was perfect. My husband had the duck while I had the trout almondine. Both were classic French dishes and done very well! We had a great bottle of wine and a lovely chocolate mousse for dessert. After, we sat at the bar to enjoy the piano player. He was so fun and invited us to choose songs. We can’t wait to return again !

                                    We always enjoy Fable. The food is delicious and the added specials and seasonal menu add some variations, although the standard menu is great aswell. The service is always top notch and cocktails are simple yet creative.

                                    Wonderful experience for our anniversary dinner. We’ve been to La Fable several times, but this time was exceptional. I left a note on my reservation letting them know it was our anniversary. We sat down to a congratulatory note signed by the staff. Every staff person mentioned our anniversary. Service was outstanding, as always. The food was excellent (I had the duck, my husband the beef bourguignon). Dessert was SO good. One of our favorite Rehoboth restaurants…
