Facing Carré St-Louis, nestled between Le Plateau and the Latin Quarter, La Fabrique's concept awakens the senses. First in 2008, in full view from his open kitchen, co-owner Jean Baptiste Marchand has delighted diners with his attentive-to-detail cuisine. In 2018, La Fabrique has moved next door and continues to offer its comforting, unpretentious, and contemporary cuisine. Our new space will seduce you with its spacious decor, its bright bar, and its terrace facing the park.

Beautiful plates and delicious! Out of the ordinary brunch experience! Definitely planning on going back to try different things And their menu changes every few weeks with a couple of classics that stay on the menu!

Les plats étaient délicieux! Le meilleur tartare de bœuf que j’ai mangé de ma vie. L’éclairage était un peu trop clair à mon goût au souper mais le reste était sublime!

Le service, le vin et le repas ont étés plus qu’apprécié Merci pour le pain et sa crème fraîche. Un vrai régal ! Le tartare de saumon était impeccable et créatif. Merci pour la belle soirée

Le menu est très original. Des compositions artistiques et inusitées. Toutefois, nous aurions aimé être averties d’avance qu’il y avait une limite de 1.5 heure pour la table. D’habitude les restaurants avertissent de ça. Je n’aurais pas pris un mimosa si j’avais su qu’on allait nous demander de partir avant même que je l’aie terminé. Cela aurait été bien aussi de nous le dire une quinzaine de minutes d’avance au moins. On nous a vraiment poussées dehors, deux fois en l’espace quelques minutes. Dommage. On ne retourne pas dans les endroits où on est traités comme ça.
