   Absolutely love this place! Friendly staff, cocktails are delicious, the food seriously wowed me!! Special thanks to Julia the Hostess and our waiter Will such sweet hearts. After an amazing dinner show we went to the bar for after dinner drinks with Bee and Belinda! That’s some serious fun staff! We had a blast.

   We ate by the bar with Bee and Belinda, they are 2 talented and fun bartenders! Food, cocktails, show, ambience, spot on!! J’adore La Folie!!!

   I had such a great time! The staff is so friendly and professional, food is delicious, cocktails are mouth watering and the show OMG, what a great surprise. I wasn’t expecting this to happen on Sint Maarten! Finally something different with class and a little cuckooness! Loved it and will come back for sure! Recommended 150%

   Me and my Wife went to this fantastic Restaurant on February 7th. Julia, Axel and Benoit were terrific to us. The food was excellent as well as the Singer, Julie. In between breaks, they had Dancers. The whole experience was terrific. We loved it so much that we came back 3 times in February with a different group of Friends. They all loved the Restaurant. They rotate different entertainment so on another night that had a terrific Band. I highly recommend La Folie. You will not be disappointed. Mike G.

   La Folie is a fabulous evening with sensory overload! The entertainment is stimulating with music, dance, acrobats & comic relief.  The cocktails are a delicious visual masterpiece that you’ll want to snap a photo of before taking your first sip. Shout-out to the talented mixologist—truly a drink artist!  When it comes to dining, great service makes all the difference. At La Folie, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels not just welcome, but special. From the moment we booked, their attentiveness and professionalism were apparent, making the evening feel like a VIP experience.  Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the food. From the freshest oysters to the melt-in-your-mouth shrimp tempura, each dish was a delight. The Tuna Tartare was perfectly seasoned, and the Seafood Linguine? A bowl of comfort and luxury all in one. Be sure to pair your meal with a chilled glass of Chablis—it’s the perfect match. Of course, no meal is complete without dessert, and the Crème Brulé is the stuff of dreams. La Folie sets the stage for an immersive experience.    Lots of fun and different to most of the other Sint Maarten restaurants. Very much enjoyed host Axel and server Will who went out of their way to engage us in the overall experience. Thank you for a lovely evening - we'll definitely be back!

   My experience surpass my expectations honestly was not what I expected but better the appetizers, main course, and dessert was all Great !! Super - Oysters - Shrimp tempura - Lamb shank - Ribeye steak - Chocolate lava stuff cake Everything was on point even the entertainment I’ve enjoyed it all if there’s one thing I would say needs to be worked on is the wait time for the bill cause once I done eating relax a minute am ready to role so on a scale from 1 to 100 I honestly give La Folie Sxm a 90 and I sure will be back to confirm that 90 to see if they just may mark the 100 I’ll recommend for anyone else to give it a honest try and give your thoughts

    I love the concept. I eat early. I arrived at 6pm. They were not ready to open though it appears they open at five. I waited for 5 minutes and then found someone. Our food was odd. Nuts in the potatoes?( not mentioned in the menu) my FIlet was not of a good quality. The server didnt know the menu and had to go and ask about what vegetables were in the Vegatable Pie, we had to ask for Bread. The server looked surprised like “you want bread”?. My father’s soup was served without a spoon. Over all I think they just aren’t ready yet and with time and server training it looks like it could be a lot of fun. But for now based on price and service I wouldn’t go again.
