Adorned with sumptuous tapestries and 19th-century art objects, La Galerie is the heart and soul of the hotel. Set to the rhythm of a piano, it is the ideal place to share breakfast, indulge in a tea time and delicious pastry, enjoy an apéritif, or discover emblematic dishes of French gastronomy playfully reimagined with modern and creative touches.

For this ode to French culinary heritage, chef Alan Taudon has partnered with small producers nestled a few kilometers from Paris, meticulously selected for their responsible approach. Confit leek from Ile-de-France, Macaroni with black truffle shards, or Blue lobster are followed by with the most emblematic desserts of French pastry. Signed by chef Michael Bartocetti, the Vanilla Millefeuille, Paris-Brest, or Chocolate Soufflé are also highlighted. A menu to die for, for the delight of hotel residents and Parisian gourmet alike.

    Great service and quality of food and drinks. My only quibble is that the afternoon is very sweet so save lots of room! The hot chocolate is amazing but probably too much when combined with all the sweet treats!

    Comme chaque année le tea time de noël est une experience à part entière… Le chef patissier Michael Bartocetti crée des patisseries originales mais pas farfelues, le très talentueux Guillaume Cabrol se charge de la partie boulangerie qui aussi excellente. Un grand merci à Sophie qui a rendu cette expérience encore plus mémorable… Un sans fautes ! Merci encore

    Tea at the four seasons is always an event. The feast is not only delicious for your taste buds but beautiful and artistic as well. A lovely setting, charming service and the delights of the pastry chef make it a very special afternoon.
