                          My waiter was from Bangladesh. He was so kind and attentive to details and made sure my time at High Tea was fabulous! I appreciated the chef explaining the foods to me also. Having Laduree desserts was the best! I highly recommend having tea here! It was a magical experience at the holidays. I do wish they would have had a harp player. Music adds so much to the experience!

                          They let us book Thanksgiving dinner on OpenTable and it was already over. We booked 48 hours in advance. Management was super nice but It was really disappointing. We have come to this hotel forever.
