                                                  I thought the ambience at La Maya was very nice, very upscale although a little dark. We needed a table lamp to read the menu. The food was very good but I felt the sauce with the lamb shank I ordered , although tasty in itself, overwhelmed the taste of the meat. The habanero in the sauce was a tad too much. The three people I was with enjoyed their appetizers, sides and entrees. One of the appetizers on special, a fried cheese sort of appetizer, was a knockout. I think my only real gripe was the cost of the drinks. I ordered a $15 cocktail and it was served in a short water glass and was only half full. That was very disappointing. The other cocktails came in the same size glass, for $15-17. I will return because I enjoyed the experience. Perhaps next time La Maya will have larger glasses, or at least fill the ones they use now.

                                                  Wow! What a fantastic place. A great take on Mexico an cuisine and I live in Mexico so that says a lot I think. Wonderful atmosphere, great cocktails, delicious sauces and stellar staff. It should have been busier due to how great it was! Only suggestion I have is if you like things spicy, ask for their spicy chili oil or something, it adds a lot of your into that. ❤️🌶️

                                                  Our dinner at La Maya was excellent. We tried the margaritas, Suiza enchiladas, Brussels sprouts, plantains, and churros. Everything was delicious, the staff was lovely, and the restaurant itself was beautiful! Will definitely be returning soon.

                                                  What a high quality establishment! We had a fantastic date night here. The food, drinks, ambiance, and service was top of the line! The chorizo nachos and guac especial are absolute musts! Also the matcha coconut margarita was so unique and delicious! Can’t wait to go back.

                                                  Wonderful dining experience at La Maya. Cool vibe, delicious food, perfect margarita, great service and they took good care of me for my birthday celebration. We ordered trad guac, lamb, branzino, corn ribs and beans. All delish, lamb was quite spicy, fine for me, but may not be for some. Choice of dessert for birthday. I chose churros, least favorite of everything. Kind of dry and bland. A bit pricey, but def worth it for special occasion. I will def return when in the mood for upscale, inventive Mexican.

                                                  La Maya is absolutely fantastic. The food is incredible and has so many depths of flavor. We came here first with a group of 6 and tried about 12 items on the menu, each one was better than the last. The margaritas are also delicious and i love the option of a Tajin rim. My husband got the Don Camote and he raved about that as well.
