I was really disappointed with the food, and I'm not usually a picky eater. The chilaquiles were made with cold, dry tortilla chips that were barely coated in a red sauce, topped with shredded chicken and scrambled eggs. The bottom of the plate, the chips were completely dry and tasted old. For $23, I was expecting this to be the best chilaquiles I've ever had, but unfortunately, it didn't come close.

It took about 20 minutes ago I got water on the table and have a server, my food came out look warm and it had flavor but because it was cold I didn’t like it. My drink was good though.

It was very clear that they focused entirely on aesthetics with no regard for whether or not the food and drinks were good or even adequate. For the price point of the restaurant the food was bad and the drinks terrible. You could go to so many other restaurants for better vibes, better service, and MUCH better food and drinks. Happy hour or not. We came for happy hour and ordered off the happy hour menu and was told happy hour was over when we came at 6 when happy hour ends at 7. Got a margarita, and it tastes like it was made with dollar store margarita mix. When a margarita is $16-$20 it should be made with fresh ingredients. I was unable to finish the drink. Ordered oysters and the chef didn’t even know if they had oysters available on a Friday an hour after opening. They ended up bringing out oysters but they didn’t taste very fresh and were very fishy. We also ordered the happy hour “tacos” (plural) and received only one cold taco. For $7. If you’re going to label something plural on your menu there better be more than one. Or at the bare minimum, inform your customer that the tacoS only come with 1 taco.

La Neta is not the place to go to celebrate NYE. Drinks were just ok. Their food is nothing to talk about. Crowd was mediocre.

I paid $130 ahead of time for entry to the event and when I arrived tickets were not needed. So while I paid for what I thought was necessary my friends were able to benefit from never paying at all.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! From the start we got sited the waiter did not check in till 20 minutes. Food was cold and over cooked. One plate was served after everyone had finished their food. We asked for a manages that took also 20 mins to calm talk to us gave us an attitude but said they would see what he can do and never came back. The check came and nothing was done, this was the worst service and experience we had specially we were celebrating a birthdays.

My friend and I went for the first time and it was a terrible experience. To start off, her water had large particles/weird substance and it was disgusting. Our food took forever to come out (it was not even busy) and once it did it was extra salty! The rice was dry and semi hard and the enchiladas tasted way too salty and not much seasoning outside of that. Needless to say we will not be going back!

It’s a cute restaurant but food is okay at best & service was okay. Would not choose for a celebration as many things offered are actually not available. Went to celebrate a birthday and many of the advertised items are not actually available.
