The service was horrible, they forgot to put our food order in and we were waiting there for more than 1hr for our food. The food was super bad, and the drinks were disgusting! We asked for a carajillo and they added jaggermeister to it. I will never recommend this place.

                                                                                                                  The drag show was amazing but the food service was not good. We waited and hour to only get half our order and never got silverware. We couldn’t get our waitress to come over. When she finally came over at the end and she comp us for the poor service. They said the kitchen was running behind. Hopefully is just a bad day because I definitely want to go back for the drag show and get to try the amazing food. I will give them a second chance.

                                                                                                                  Everything was great besides the service and shortage of food items, which is a KEY factor! The manager came over and explained the fact that they were short staffed and apologize for the inconvenience regarding the food; therefore, well deserved 3 star!

                                                                                                                  As soon as my group sat down to ask the waiter a question about the menu he rudely stated and yelled to our table to listen up bc he was only going to explain one time and wasn’t going to repeat his self , when we asked him to switch waiters he refused and we asked to move tables he said no, the food was not worth the wait or the money, the service was terrible and we had to ask the waiter several times for a drink or to bring what we ordered Will definitely not be returning, the whole experience was ruined and just over all a bust. A waste of 300 dollars

However we got seated and waited 30 minutes for someone to even greet us at our table, messed up our food orders and check. We will most likely not be returning here.

                                                                                                                  - The place is really nice and pretty but the ambient did not match the theme is ‘ cocina y lounge ‘ i was expecting latin music it was english music . The music is really loud . The service was great the manager gave us champagne that was good ! the tacos were good as well . It gave me more bar vibes than a restaurant lol

                                                                                                                  Not worth the $300 we spent for 3 to celebrate my wife’s birthday - extremely disappointed On the down side - Not served water, not enough silverware and napkins, plastic cups for drinks, guacamole was just crushed avocado with salt & lemon, had to ask for steak knives when steak was served, asked for Mango drink but got a sugar loaded peach drink. On the up side - steak & queso was delicious, energy with music and ambience was nice, servers was friendly and clearly looked overwhelmed
