   The good: The view was amazing. The not very good: All of the food was bland. We thought the “Melted Cheese” would be like queso, but it was literally just melted very mild cheese with very little flavor and the tortillas served with it were equally bland. The meat (both beef and chicken) in the fajitas was hammered and had no flavor on their own. Once we were finished eating it took over 30 minutes to get our check.

   Our 4 meals at La Patrona were great and a good portion of that experience was due to the service from Danny and Anita . Thank you for making our dining extra special with your friendly conversation and dedication to details We had Steak Diane on 2 occasions and both times it was delicious. Highly recommend you try the flambé Diane , Bananas Foster and Cherries Jubilee ! We will be back !

   La Patrona is in a beautiful location. We went early to enjoy the sunset before we were seated. Our server, Anita was very pleasant and attentive. The Mexican cuisine was very good. We will go to La Patrona again in the future.

   Waiter was very good. Location is awesome. Drinks were great. Ordered but never received our appetizer. Food was good. I had fajitas good not great. Would try again though.

   We went for their Thursday night special $24 filet mignon. It was good not great. The filet was a bit dry even at medium rare and lacked the crust that comes with a hard sear. The churros for dessert were good.

   I visited here with my mother on a Tuesday night. The guacamole, burritos, and the fresh vegetables were great! The staff were lovely and very attentive. The sound of the crashing waves as we ate made it special. It’s definitely worth a visit.

   While the view was lovely, the food was not very good. The guacamole was decent but the portion was small. The homemade chips were okay but not enough guacamole to even serve 2. At the price point it should have salsa along with it. The entrees Fajita with Steak and chicken didn’t come with your typical fixings and was small portions. The Shrimp Tequila was a good portion but the rice came out cold… desert was tres leche and was one for the worst I ever had… Key Lime pie was good. Overall a disappointing experience.

   Great food and service! Great views as well. Food was all really well prepared and options for everyone. Love having both meat and vegan options for a family!

    The restaurant is large and had only a few tables of patrons. We ordered an appetizer of melted cheese and tortilla chips. The order arrived incorrectly. My husband ordered an old fashion and it was bad. He isn’t particular and I have never seen him send back a drink. He then asked for a shot of Bullet bourbon neat, it arrived on ice. We said that wasn’t what he ordered and that he did not want it on ice. They returned with a new drink which unfortunately was the old one without the ice!!!! Hard to believe. We then pointed out what had happened and asked for a new drink which did arrive but with a lot of attitude from the waiter. We ordered the red snapper which was fine but nothing special. Overall the experience was disappointing and we would not return We had dined at another restaurant on this resort and the service was worse and so was the food
