A nice place with lovely surroundings and staff. One of the meals was slightly cold because the eggs benedict was served on a very cold plate and the ham was cold as if straight from the fridge but everything else was very, very nice.

We had a lovely catch up with my brother and sister in law at La Pettite Petanque restaurant. We chose this venue for it's great menu they also offer a good variety of gluten free options. The staff where friendly and welcoming which made our special day even more enjoyable. We all had an amazing time and would recommend the La Pettite Petanque for your special occasion. Lovely service and good as always. Bit pricey for breakfast and coffee but it was for a treat and very much enjoyed.

We have had many ‘afternoon tea’ bookings in a wide range of restaurants. This is undoubtedly by far the best we have ever had. Excellent service, quality food, an absolute delight.

As usual very enjoyable. Friendly helpful service and good atmosphere. Two of us had walking difficulties and they were very helpful. Four of us had drinks and cake. The cakes were delicious. Prices are similar to others in the area. Lovely setting

The home made sweet potato crisps were superb! Great earl grey tea and the skins on the jacket potato were to die for! A slightly more generous amount of filling would have made me click on 5 stars, but everything else was great!
