The food was delicious and the service was fine until the bill came; our waiter tried to charge me 2 times for the dessert (first he said he had not put it in the credit card and came back and I paid him cash because I was not paying attention BUT when he brought me the receipt , I saw that he had charged me for the dessert in the credit card so I requested that he give me my cash back , which he did after I asked. That is no way to treat a client!

The several times I have been to this restaurant has never disappointed. The food is superb . All the meats are cooked with care and to perfection and the appetizer’s are delicious. Imagine…6 tough-to-please New Yorkers gave it a thumbs up and we’re all very happy. That says it all ! I will always bring my visiting friends and family here. Thanks for the great food LaRosa ❤️

We flew into Miami for one night and wanted Cuban cuisine- and not touristy. The oxtail dish was amazing -the pork dish - delish - all of the sides were so tasty (mashed potato, rice and beans, cassava, maduras). We even had dessert - the flan was out of this world - we will be back!

Very nice within your budget restaurant. I ordered a pina colada and it was the tastiest Pina I have EVER had! The fried snapper was very fresh and tasty. The flan presentation was video worthy. The caesar salad was prepared in a way I had never seen before. ( Sorry.No pic) i ordered oxtails to take home. Would definitely come back here.

Great service but spotty food. Calamari was undercooked. Shrimp was overly fried. Some chicken dishes were moist and others were dry. Catch of the day - mahi - was good. Black beans and black bean soup were tasty. Chicken soup was meh. Croquettes were meh. Avocado and tomato salad was good. Live music was great but a bit loud to converse over dinner.

The food was excellent. The waitress was helpful and knowledgeable. There was live music - a guitarist-vocalist and drummer. We have been dining at La Rosa for 10 years on our annual stay in Miami the evening before flying to the Caribbean. They have remained excellent and we plan to return.

Food was fantastic.we had the wonderful churrasco steak which was grilled to our likeness and ceviche which was wonderful. Drinks during happy hour were reasonable priced. Service was a bit slow at first due to a demanding large group (can’t really fault staff). Thanks for the great time
