From start to finish food and service was incredible and delicious. We were brought to our table promptly and the food was incredible for a reasonable price

The reservation was for 8:15 p.m. We arrived 10 minutes early, and we're told by the hostess they were behind and to have a seat in the Bar area where she would come get us when the table was ready. At 8:40 I heard my name being shouted from the Hostess podium outside the bar area. I quickly gathered my things and went to the podium to find a Supervisor type person giving my table away because I apparently took about 12 seconds to run to her yelling of my name into the hotels corridors. She said she had to clear the entry and took whoever was in front of her to my table and I was told to now, "wait over there while we clear a new table." The hostess never came to get us. Several minutes later we were seated, but not in the requested booth and not with our requested server. We were seated 30 minutes late and no requests satisfied and passed over. I told the supervisor she was very rude and she said enjoy your dinner. We found the preset menu we went for, turned out to be false advertising, the Alaskan Crab was Dungeness Rissoto. I was not happy. I planned on spending about $300 on dinner and ended up spending $108 based on the service and not wanting to be there after being sat.

Always fabulous veal dishes and the best mushroom raviolis anywhere. The octopus appetizer was a wonderful combination of flavors. Lia was the perfect server. Overall a delightful Valentine's Day celebration!
