   I eat at this place often but the service last night was not good. They brought the apps and mains at the same time. I sent it back and they brought cold mains 20 minutes later. I’ve been there at least 10 times but would not return

   Well, it was underwhelming. While I liked the ambiance, the service was fairly poor and the food we ordered was quite ordinary. Definitely not an outstanding experience. The waiter gave us a QR code to scan in order to view the cocktail menu, but it wouldn't work on my phone, despite multiple tries. (Perhaps because the code was on a reflective glass block.) I explained to the waiter that it wasn't working and I asked for a physical menu, and he simply said he didn't have one, and then offered a few general drink suggestions. Lame solution. We had to flag this waiter down several times. Not attentive. The oysters were typical oysters, but of good quality. Nothing noticeable added by the chef. The steaks we had were very ordinary. No sauces, and the waiter said they didn't have any when we asked. He didn't even bring salt when asked. The plates came with ordinary French fries. Yawn. The cocktails were also not spectacular. My grapefruit-centric drink was so bitter I had to ask for simple syrup, which the waiter did quickly bring. That fixed it for me. The total tab was about $200 USD.

   Estuvo bien, nada sobresaliente en la comida o servicio, se nota mucho su elitismo y favoritismo por la gente blanca o extranjeros y pues llega a ser incómodo ya que piensan que uno no tiene dinero porque no se ve físicamente apto a lo que ellos creen que es tener dinero, pudo ser buena propina pero eso define mucho los valores que representan al lugar, en lo personal gracias a los meseros pero no regresaría. Les aseguro que esas personas les dejan menos propina de lo que uno les puso haber dejado.

   Good food and excellent service. The menu is diverse enough so you’ll find something that suits you. Ambience is great but energetic, this is not a place for a quiet date night :)
